Golden Globes: Storia di un matrimonio, The Irishman e C’era una volta a Hollywood i più nominati

Tre film spiccano sugli altri nelle nominations ai Golden Globes, i premi assegnati dalla piccola, ma potentissima associazione della stampa estera di Hollywood, presieduta dall’italiano Lorenzo Soria.

I tre più citati sono Storia di un matrimonio di Baumbach con 6 nominations, ma non quella per la migliore regia, The Irishman e C’era una volta a… Hollywood di Tarantino con 5 ciascuno.

Tra i migliori drammi si fa strada anche Joker, che trova riconoscimenti anche per regia, attore e colonna sonora.

Quattro candidature per I due Papi di Meirelles: miglior film, migliore sceneggiatura e i due attori.

Bene anche 1917 di Sam Mendes – miglior film, regia e colonna sonora – così come Parasite che trova gloria non solo nel lotto dei miglior film stranieri, ma anche per la regia e la sceneggiatura.

I cinque migliori registi sono Scorsese, Tarantino, Mendes, Bong e Phillips: per una volta quintetto impeccabile.

Già immaginiamo le polemiche. Nessuna regista donna candidata. nessuna donna sceneggiatrice candidata. Ma ancor più grave nessuno dei dieci miglior film è diretto da una donna. La rivincita, se così la possiamo chiamare arriva tra i film stranieri con la Sciamma e la Wang nel gruppo dei cinque migliori.

Cena con delitto di Rian Johnson si assicura tre candidature per la miglior commedia e la miglior coppia di attori Daniel Craig e Ana de Armas.

Poca gloria per le Piccole donne di Greta Gerwig, che rimane fuori dai migliori film, fuori dalla regia e dalla sceneggiatura: le uniche nominations vanno a Saoirse Ronan e Alexandre Desplat per le musiche.

Tra i miglior film drammatici 3 sono firmati Netflix (The Irishman, I due Papi e Storia di un matrimonio) con Dolemite is my name, nominato tra le migliori commedie, siamo a 4 su 10.

Solo due citazioni per Jojo Rabbit di Waititi.

Tra i film stranieri, oltre a Parasite, Dolor Y Gloria di Almodovar, i due francesi Ritratto della giovane in fiamme e I miserabili e The Farewell. Niente gloria per Il traditore di Marco Bellocchio.
