12 years a slave e American hustle guidano le nominations ai Golden Globes

C’è anche il nostro La grande bellezza, tra i migliori film stranieri, ma i dominatori delle nominations ai 71° Golden Globes sono 12 years a slave e American Hustle, con 7 candidature.

Nebraska ne raccoglie 5, mentre Gravity e Captain Phillips, si formano a 4.

Curiosamente quest’anno la categoria più agguerrita è quella Comedy/Musical, dove la Hollywood Foreign Press Association ha inserito American Hustle, Nebraska, Inside Llewyn Davis, Her ed anche The Wolf of Wall Street, tutti serissimi candidati anche per il premio maggiore, l’Oscar.

Meno interessante la categoria Drama, dove se la vedranno film dall’impianto più tradizionale: 12 years a slave, Gravity, Captain Phillips, Rush e Philomena.

Tra i registi si sfideranno gli “stranieri” Cuaron, McQueen e Greengrass, e gli “americani” Russell e Payne.

Il lotto dei migliori film stranieri è da applausi, con La vita di Adele, Il sospetto, Il passato, The wind rises ed appunto il nostro La grande bellezza.

“Si gioisce in una maniera infantile – dice Sorrentino a Repubblica – nessun pensiero razionale, pura gioia. Il cinema è un modo per riconciliarsi con il nostro essere bambini e questa notizia mi ha procurato un’immensa felicità. Ho già sentito Toni Servillo al telefono da Firenze dove sta recitando a teatro e abbiamo riso per cinque minuti. Spero proprio che riesca a conciliare i suoi impegni a Parigi con la cerimonia perché vorrei andare a Hollywood con lui”.

Agli Oscar però ci saranno due pericolosi concorrenti in meno: La vita di Adele infatti non è uscito in tempo in Francia per correre quest’anno e The Wind Rises è inserito nella categoria dei film d’animazione.
