Tre film già girati ed in fase di post produzione, per Isabelle Huppert. Con tre registi controversi e di grande richiamo internazionale.
Il primo è Love, girato un’anno fa da Michael Haneke (La pianista, Il nastro bianco). Una storia di dolore e malattia: a story that will center on cultured octogenarians Georges (Jean-Louis Trintignant) and Anne (Emmanuelle Riva), who are retired music teachers. Their daughter (Huppert), also a musician, lives abroad with her family. One day, Anne suffers a minor stroke. When she leaves the hospital and returns home, she is paralysed down one side. The love that binds this old couple will really be put to the test.
Il secondo è Captured – Captive di Brillante Mendoza (Lola, Kinatay) based-on-a-true-story tale of Thérèse Bourgoin (Huppert), a French woman who worked for a humanitarian organization on Palawan Island in the Philippines only to be kidnapped by mistake along with a colleague by the Muslim extremist group Abu Sayyaf, who were in the region fighting for Mindanao independence.
Il terzo è la commedia In Another Country di Hong Sang Soo (Ha ha ha): it is said to be centered on five characters in a small seaside town three hours from Seoul.
Love e In another Country potrebbero essere a Cannes. Captured è in concorso a Berlino.
