Everything vince agli Independent Spirit Awards

Sempre più noiosa la stagione dei premi americani, mai così univoca e prevedibile, indirizzata su un film che ad ogni nuovo successo ci lascia sempre più interdetti.

Everything Everwhere All At Once vince a valanga anche gli Independent Spirit Awards con ben 7 premi, lasciando solo le briciole agli altri. Miglior film, regia, sceneggiatura, interpreti protagoniste, non protagoniste ed esordienti,  montaggio.

Aftersun (opera prima) e All the Beauty and the Bloodshed (documentario) The Bear (nuova serie) gli altri vincitori.

Come al solito ospitati al pier di Santa Monica, i premi del cinema indie sono di solito più inclusivi e articolati. Ma questa volta hanno prevalso altri criteri.
