I produttori di Occhiali scuri hanno smentito che vi siano trattative con i Daft Punk per la colonna sonora del nuovo film di Argento. Al momento si tratta più di un desiderio del regista, che di una reale possibilità.

In un’intervista a Repubblica Dario Argento si è detto pronto a cominicare a settembre le riprese del suo nuovo film, un ritorno al giallo intitolato Black Glasses.
“It’s the adventure, in the nocturnal Rome, of a Chinese girl and child. In the second part, the escape takes them into the rocky, bushy countryside of Lazio. [It’s] different from the sweetness of the Tuscan valleys, but for me beautiful”.
Ma la vera notizia è che i Daft Punk hanno deciso di scrivere le musiche per Argento: “They are my admirers, they know all my cinema. They heard from French friends that I was shooting a new film and called me [to say], ‘We want to work with you.’”
L’ultimo buon film di Argento è probabilmente Opera del 1987. Sono passati oltre 30 anni.
