La La Land miglior film dell’anno per i critici di New York

Tre film si impongono ai premi del New York Film Critics Circle.

La La Land conquista il premio per il miglior film, ma Moonlight e Manchester By the Sea escono altrettanto rafforzati con tre premi a testa.

Il film di Berry Jenkins, vince per la regia, la fotografia e il miglior non protagonista. Mentre il ritorno di Kenneth Lonergan conquista il premio per la sceneggiatura e la coppia di attori, Casey Affleck e Michelle Williams.

Isabelle Huppert è la migliore attrice dell’anno, bissando il successo alla National Board of Review.

Toni Erdmann è il miglior film straniero e O.J.: Made in America il miglior doc dell’anno.

Special Awards: Thelma Schoonmaker & the 25th anniversary restoration of Julie Dash’s “Daughters of the Dust.”
