Il lavoro di Chivo Lubezki e di Inarritu sembra impressionante: lunghissimi piani sequenza e soggettive in movimento continuo: tutto il film è stato girato tra le 17.30 e le 19.30, durante quella che si chiama magic hour, esattamente com’era successo per I giorni del cielo di Malick quasi quarant’anni fa.
