Come sempre interessantissimo il programma della Quinzaine des cineastes del Festival di Cannes.
Annunciato questa mattina il programma che si apre con il nuovo film del russo Kantemir Balagov, Butterfly Jam, girato negli States con Riley Keough, Barry Keoghan e Harry Melling sulla diaspora dell’etnia circassa a cui lo stesso regista appartiene.
Nel programma troviamo anche il nuovo film dell’argentino Lisandro Alonso, della documentarista inglese Clio Barnard, la versione di Radu Jude di Diario di una cameriera e un’animazione di Quentin Dupieux che ha un film anche nella selezione ufficiale.
Tra i diciannove film, sei le opere prime, tre le animazioni, tre i documentari.
Lo scandaloso poster quest’anno è firmato dal regista Alain Guiraudie.
