The story centers on Victor (Farrell), right hand man to an underground crime lord in New York City, who is looking for vengeance for the death of a family member, and is seduced and blackmailed by Beatrice (Rapace), a crime victim seeking retribution. Their intense chemistry leads them spiraling into payback delivered in violent catharsis. Cooper will play Farrell’s buddy on the street while Howard takes on the villain role.
