Ci sarà anche Larry Fishburne (Apocalypse now, Matrix) nel prossimo reboot di Superman, Man of Steel, diretto da Zack Snyder e prodotto da Christopher Nolan.
Le riprese stanno per cominciare a Smallville e Fishbourne interpreterà Perry White, il direttore del Daily Planet. E’ la prima volta che il ruolo sarà interpretato da un attore afroamericano.
The character of Perry White made his first appearance in Superman #7, published in 1940. Since then, he’s become one of the most recognizable characters from the Superman tales, along with the Kents, Lois Lane, and a handful of others. Perry White is generally portrayed as tough and abrasive, but fairminded and ethical. In his latest big-screen appearance, in 2006′s Superman Returns, Perry White was played by Frank Langella.
Fishburne si unisce al sontuoso cast messo in piedi dalla Warner: Henry Cavill, Russell Crowe, Julia Ormond, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane e Amy Adams.
