Interpretato da Al Pacino, assieme a Greta Gerwig, Dianne Wiest, Kyra Sedgwick, Dan Hedaya, Mandy Patinkin e Charles Grodin, il film sarà fuori concorso a Venezia sabato 30 agosto.
Barry Levinson ha girato con Al Pacino anche You don’t know Jack per la HBO nel 2010, un film tv su Jack Kevorkian, il Dottor Morte, premiato con l’Emmy, il Golden Globe e lo Screen Actors Guild Award, per il miglior attore protagonista.
